Start with athletic wear. Once you continue, we recommend gloves, shin guards, and a mouth guard—available in our pro shop.
How often should I train to see results?
2–3 classes a week for fitness and skill gains; 4–5 for serious athletic goals.
Is it safe for women and older athletes?
We adapt drills to all demographics. Women and older students thrive here.
