We offer classes for adults and youth starting at age 7. Teens and adults often share classes with skill-level grouping to keep everyone progressing safely.
I’ve never thrown a punch before. Will I feel out of place?
Absolutely not. Most of our students start from scratch. Our coaches create an encouraging, step-by-step environment where beginners thrive.
How intense is the workout?
Very! Dutch Kickboxing burns calories fast and builds endurance, speed, and strength — but everything is scalable to your level.
Do I need to buy gear right away?
No. For your first few classes, we provide loaner gear. Eventually, you’ll want to get gloves, wraps, shin guards, and a mouthguard.
Is Dutch Kickboxing safe?
Yes. We use controlled techniques, pad drills, and optional sparring with strict supervision. We prioritize student safety and smart training.
Do you offer women-only classes?
