No contact unless you choose to spar later. Classes focus on pads, bags, and drills, not hitting others.

Just athletic wear to start. We provide gloves for your first class. Later, you’ll want your own gloves and wraps.

2–3 times a week for solid progress. 4–5 if you’re serious about conditioning or competition.
